Stormwater Permits

New residential construction or any activity resulting in 10,000 square feet or more but less than one acre of total land disturbance must apply for a Stormwater Individual Lot Permit. Any construction resulting in land disturbance of one or more acres requires a Stormwater Management Permit.

  1. Stormwater Individual Lot Permit (SWILP)

    New residential construction or any activity resulting in 10,000 square feet or more but less than 1 acre of total land disturbance must apply for a Stormwater Individual Lot Permit.

  2. Stormwater Management Permit (SWMP)

    New development, redevelopment and any other activity that results in 1 acre or more of total land disturbance must apply for a Stormwater Management Permit from the town.
