Traffic & Parking Tickets
Traffic and parking tickets are paid through the court clerk’s office at the Zionsville Town Hall, located at 1100 W Oak Street. Drop off boxes are available at that location.

Administration Roles & Responsibilities
The administrative office processes gun permits and answers, screens, and routes all telephone calls coming into the police department, with the exception of dispatch calls for service. The administrative assistant will greet and assist the general public in an effort to problem solve issues if possible.

The administrative section is responsible for reporting data, filing and keeping of paper records within the department. The Administration Section also assists officers of other departments as requested and is also responsible for purchasing and tracking all office supplies, appointments and meetings as necessary.
