On Monday, Jan. 22 Tom Wood Toyota opened their dealership in Zionsville and the Town of Zionsville became the very first customer. The Town will be leasing a RAV4 as part of their vehicle fleet. Town employees will use the vehicle for official purposes.

“We are happy to be working with Tom Wood Toyota on this lease transaction and happy to be the first customer in the doors right at 9 a.m.,” said Mayor Haak. “We look forwarding to building this relationship for future Town needs.”

Previously located off of Lafayette Road, the Tom Wood Toyota dealership is now open in Zionsville near I-65 and Whitestown Parkway. This is the first dealership in this area. The new 35,000-square-foot location features a showroom, children's area, lounge, offices, a car wash and a service center.

“The Tom Wood Auto Group has been part of the greater Indianapolis community for over 50 years now,” said Jeff Wood, President of the Tom Wood Automotive Group. “And for the past decade, we’ve been working on finding a suitable location to relocate our Toyota store. We could not be any happier with our new location as part of the Zionsville - Whitestown community. We have a great team, representing a great brand, with a fantastic new facility and we’d love the opportunity to help folks meet their automotive needs, or to just stop by to say hello.”
