Solicitor Permit Requirements
Door-to-door or place-to-place solicitations must not be conducted before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m. The applicant is required to provide an Indiana State Police criminal background check obtained no more than two weeks prior to the application date and a copy of a valid photo ID with each individual’s completed application.
Fees for Solicitor’s Permits:
- 10-day permit - $20 processing fee
- 120-day permit - $90 processing fee
In addition, the applicant will pay a $3 license fee for each individual solicitor.
Application
To apply for a Solicitor Permit, visit the Municipal Action Center (MAC) at Zionsville Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.). You can fill out the solicitor permit application in advance or get a copy from the MAC.
