The Zionsville Economic Development Strategic Plan is a long-term strategic guide
to help the Town of Zionsville manage and facilitate stable and desired economic
growth within the defined study area over the next 10 to 15 years.
The Town of Zionsville and the Hamilton County Airport Authority launched a study to plan improvements at the airport and recommend how properties nearby might be appropriately developed alongside its projected growth.
To help to identify the highest, best and most sustainable mix of uses within the Zionsville Gateway Area (ZGA) and to explore ideas for an economically vibrant, whole-community serving and authentically Zionsville experience.
The Wayfinding Master Plan aims to direct residents and visitors to town amenities, attractions and businesses. It helps create a cohesive, equitable and creative wayfinding system for all vehicular, pedestrian and parking signs in the Zionsville area.
