THIS PUBLIC MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONSITE AND ELECTRONICALLY PURSUANT TO GOVERNOR ERIC J. HOLCOMB’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 21- 18, AND GOVERNOR HOLCOMB’S EXERCISE OF HIS POWERS UNDER INDIANA’S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND DISASTER LAW, IND. CODE 10-14-3, et seq. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEETING IS PROVIDED IN THE ANNEX PUBLISHED WITH THIS AGENDA.

Note on the Request to Speak Agenda Item:   Public speaking at the meeting is limited to addressing those issues on the current agenda only. There is a 3-minute time limit per speaker with a total of 15 minutes for this portion of the agenda.

Those wishing to speak in person must complete a Request to Speak card and submit it to Amy Lacy, Municipal Relations Coordinator (alacy@zionsville-in.gov)  prior to the start of the meeting.

Those attending virtually who wish to speak must submit an email stating name, address and specifying the agenda item(s) on which they wish to speak to mrc@zionsville-in.gov  at least one day prior to the meeting.
