About the Park


This 38-acre park was purchased by the Town in 2003. The park includes:
  • Splash park (Open May 21 through Labor Day from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.)
  • 3 picnic shelters
  • Skate park
  • Multi-use athletic fields
  • Pathways - map of 1 mile loop
  • Prairie-meadow plantings with interpretive signage
  • A large hill
The original farmstead has been preserved for educational programs and is managed by Maplelawn Farmstead, Inc. via a long term lease.
