Mission Statement

The mission of the Zionsville Fire Department is to protect the lives and property of our citizens and visitors with professional excellence through emergency response, community risk reduction and fire and life-saving programs.

Fire department report requests can be made in-person or online. Commonly requested reports include:.

  • Fire response reports
  • Property history
  • Inspection history

To request a report in-person, bring a written request to the Zionsville Fire Department Headquarters located in Zionsville Town Hall (1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, IN 46077). To use our online request form, please click here to start your request.

There is a small fee for a fire report unless you are the property owner, then there is no fee. Please see the Fee Schedule.
