Contesting the Violation
If you choose to contest this violation, you must appear for your scheduled Court appearance. This is your initial appearance, the officer/authorized Town of Zionsville employee is not required to be present at this hearing, and charges will not be dropped if the officer/authorized Town of Zionsville employee is not present at the initial hearing. A trial date will then be assigned for a later date.
